The Airman 750 Headset features a miniature, amplified, noise-cancelling electret microphone that provides superior 400 Hz hum rejection. The microphone boom is flexible for optimum microphone placement, and it is reversible for wearing on either side of the head. For best results, the microphone should be positioned as close to the mouth as possible. A position at one side of the mouth is best to minimize popping, hissing and breathing sounds when speaking
